Personal Trainer: Bel

Hey I am Bel, founder of Odawafit.

My approach to physique development and lifestyle coaching revolves around enhancing strength, promoting female empowerment and most importantly cultivating a positive mind set.

I’m a Wellbeing coach, I specialise in guiding women to shed the pounds and maximise their results. Whether you are preparing for a wedding, a holiday, or simply striving to be your best self.

Eight years ago, I started my life-changing fitness journey.  I weighed 20 stone (280 pounds), and my relationship with my body was full of hatred, low self-esteem, and I lacked confidence.

Through dedication, resilience, and a commitment to self-improvement, I not only shed 107lb pounds, I also regained my self-esteem and confidence. I discovered the incredible power of self-love and fitness to transform not just my body but also my entire outlook on life.

Now, I’m here to inspire and support you, a remarkable woman.

My approach to physique development and lifestyle coaching revolves around enhancing strength, promoting female empowerment and most importantly cultivating a positive mind set.

Personal Trainer: Amy

Hi Im Amy.

I am here to help you feel confident in the gym, add new healthy habits into your daily routine and become the best version of yourself. We have the same body for the rest of our lives so we need to learn to love & look after ourselves. When doing this our body will do the same in return.

I started dancing at the age of 4. I spent all my evenings at my local dance school up until the age of 18 when I successfully auditioned for The Northern Ballet School, where I would spend the next 2 years of my life in intense dance training. My time at NBS was hard mentally and physically and unfortunately due to injury my time was cut short deciding not to complete my final year of training. However this made me stronger with a high resilience. Because of my injury I started weight lifting to build back strength and I fell in love with the process as I began to understand how important it is for dancers to have the strength to match their flexibility to prevent injury and how there is a lack of education of this in the industry & in dance colleges. That is why I made the decision to become a Personal Trainer.

Dancer or not if you want to build strength & flexibility I’m here to help.

Re-programme & Evaluation

We always recommend you update your exercise routine and training schedule with new challenges to increase or maintain your level of health and fitness. This is a free feature that you would not normally find at other gyms, health clubs or fitness suites.

It is important that you regularly mix up your training programmes and methods to keep your body guessing, adapting, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your metabolic rate. We can introduce you to new exercises using different resistance machines that you may have not used before like the smith machine or abductor machine, alternatively more challenging bodyweight exercises using the suspension trainers (TRX) if weights and kettlebells aren’t your thing. There are also several cardiovascular training methods that we can introduce you to like the airbike or sled.

TFC takes pride in helping you progress along your health journey. Our Fitness Coaches are always available to advice and assist.
