Dora’s Top to Toe Full Body Workout

Whether it’s a 6-week countdown to Christmas or a 12-week summer shred, Dora’s Full body class is a must if you are looking for that slim, lean or sculpted look.

Dora is an exceptional teacher with over 30 years of experiencing various forms of exercises and how each style is performed across many different countries.

This class is cardio based and includes a variety of different training styles infused as one, for example traditional step aerobics into body combat exercises. You can expect to experience something new every single class as Dora is constantly switching the routines up to make the classes even more interesting and exciting!

This bodyweight intensive class will leave you feeling strong, accomplished and sweaty by incorporating low-weight, high-rep and high-intensity training.

All levels are welcome.

Dora’s Full Body Workout class takes place at 5:30pm on Thursdays and 11:15am on Saturdays.

This class is 1 hour.

What should I wear to Dora’s Body Full body classes?

Something you’re comfortable moving around in, which is non-restrictive and breathable! A loose-fitting t-shirt with gym leggings or shorts would be perfect!

How many calories can I burn in Dora’s Full Body class?
