Abs abs abs

15 mins of abdominal and back strengthening exercises to tone and flatten that tum! Not just crunches!

Aero-circuit
One of the best around.......combining circuit training, Pilates, body tone, spinning, running, boxercise.....tae bo.....PHEW!

Body conditioning/Fitness Yoga
Low intensity resistance work using dumbbells and body bars to maximum effect.....working every muscle group possible. Great for legs, bums and tums! Also combining the latest fitness yoga moves and stretches to maximise body tone and shape

Body max
A non-impact, high intensity workout with dumbbells. Works on strength, tone and definition. It will change your body shape for ever!

Body tone & stretch
A low impact class for all over toning that improves flexibility and definition. The perfect class for beginners and intermediates to shape up legs, bums and tums.

Bootcamp
Hardcore circuit! Challenging and tough! Good luck! The ultimate fitness challenge

Box-a-cise
A great cardio workout......combining boxing movements within a challenging aerobic workout. Great to release tension and stress

Cycle class
Guaranteed of working up a sweat while cycling to energising and motivating music. Bring a towel and water!! Burn up to 500 calories per hour

Kung fu
Learn the traditional martial arts from an award winning instructor (member fee applies)

Pilates
Restore natural posture, flatten abdominals, tone and elongate the body using strength, flexibility and your mind! A class for mixed ability

Power circuit
Loads of stations, with varying exercises, with the focus on POWER and FUN! The ultimate way to improve cardio fitness and burn calories.

Sports circuit
A great circuit, designed with sports people in mind. Exercises are sports specific using interval training methods

Step & condition
A great all over workout, half step class, half conditioning, great for legs and tummies!

Twae kwondo
An ancient martial art which utilises strength, posture, flexibility and mental awareness.

Weights circuit
45 minutes of weights using split body routines to develop strength and definition

20-20 Aerobics
2o minutes dedicated cardio vascular fitness complimented by 20 minutes conditioning and toning work. Perfect class to burn fat as well as shape body and muscle.

Iyengar yoga
This extremely popular form of yoga is now available for members and non-members alike. A unique opportunity to relax body and mind with Sheffield's well reputed Iyengar teacher Francis Homewood.

Cardio Tone
A great workout for burning calories and all over body tone.

Body Sculpt
Low level cadrio with an emphasis on toning, sculpting and flexibility
