The Fitness Club has a fully equipped studio and offers over 35 classes per week.
The timetable provides aerobic, muscle conditioning, sport specific and dance orientated class workouts as well as pilates, spinning, stretch and martial arts classes.
The classes are designed for all levels of fitness and the teachers are highly motivated, fully trained and always aim to meet your training goals in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
There are no additional costs for members to attend classes as they are included in all our memberships.
There is no booking system for classes. Just turn up and join in.
